Before I left for Kigali I confirmed my booking and airport pickup, on arrival I had to wait an hour for my driver.
Arriving at the hotel they didn’t know I was arriving today. Suddenly it was because they were hacked on the internet.
The hotel is going backwards from my previous stay in all departments, food, room, service, neatness.
On departure my driver was booked for the evening instead of the morning as arranged the night before I booked out.
I will not recommend any one to stay here until the hotel is back to standard

Good place to relaxing, good atmosphere background,staffs and people around all of them kind .
Good gym material because I m mismarised that. Good swimming pool no time hours to swim.

Affordable and fully equipped gym (approx. 35k RWF/month) - with a large variety of dumbbells, weight machines and cardio machines. The hotel also has quite the selection of restaurants in it, such as: Italian and oriental as well as an Irish lounge/bar haha. Great pool for kids without the steep price compared to other hotel pools in town.

Dumpy place. Lots of cigarette smoke. Really expensive rooms. And pool right out in the middle of everything so you can be sure that you'll have an audience of onlookers.

Best experience and the best part is that you won't feel that you are out of India . You will get all indian food with same taste .satffs are very cooperative . Thanks to Manish for all support .

The food is good. 3 Variety of cuisines. However, most of the waiters that I have interacted with are not rwandans and don't speak english or french or kinyarwanda..you wonder if Luganda is used here.

The hotel is situated in the relatively new residential district of Kigali. The first time we stayed the service was excellent, as was access to Wi-Fi in our third floor room. Our stay was only marred by the non-functional elevator and a mediocre breakfast buffet.The second day we came back, however, the room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. When we were allowed in, the room was clean, but had a strong antiseptic smell and a section of the carpet was damp. For some reason, the wi-fi codes they had given us were not working, so we had to go back to the front desk a few times to get access issues resolved. The hotel's Italian restaurant is pretty good and the staff was very good about packing us an early bag breakfast to take on the plane with us for our 5 a.m. departure.

I has nice view, clean, swimming pool and spa but room rate is a bit expensive. Neighbourhood is nice for jogging.
