  I recently attended Jummah prayer at the mosque in Abu Hamour Cemetery, Mesaimeer (مسيمير). This mosque holds a special place in my heart, not just for its spiritual significance, but also because most Zuhr, Asr, and Jummah prayers are often followed by a Janaza (funeral) prayer. The sheer number of brothers participating in each Janaza prayer is truly remarkable.
  
  This week, I had the opportunity to attend Jummah prayer and once again joined a Janaza prayer immediately after, in this beautiful mosque.

  Once a while, visiting a place such as this reminding us that there is a bigger destination we shall aim at, and that life is so short.
  Mesaimeer cemetery has good facilities for burial. It has body wash, mosque and burial service. It has a kind of grid system where graves are given block and unit number. You can bring your car for visiting a specific grave, as otherwise it is just too big to visit by foot.

  May Allah forgive us all, old system cemetery which is too hard to find what you looking for, the new system of numbering is still need some work and organize the road between lines, the big mosque for praying and the huge salone maglees for consolation are available. رحم الله موتى المسلمين وغفر لنا ولهم اجمعين

  Very big local cemetery. For some reason, Outside the gates there's a long green area for walking and exercising.

  One of the important place for Qatar residents to pay a visit. This place is a Muslim graveyard, a large burial ground which does not have headstones with names engraved on them. May all the souls rest in peace.
