    Really no stock of accessories, 3 to 4 weeks waiting time. But the technician is good he said he will check again went inside and brought from the original sample, and they will replace their stock, after they order for themselves.

    ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

    I genuinely can not believe how bad the service of this place is. I bought in a faulty iPhone X for replacement here about 2 months ago. I was told on that day that I would be getting a replacement back within 3 weeks. However it has now been two months and I still don’t have a new iPhone. It’s unbelievable that this place can get away with this. I call them every week to check up and the employees always tell me the same story. “Please wait till next week, it will be here then”. I’ve heard that at least 6 times now!

    To anyone considering getting a replacement from this place, I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

    If the person reading this is by any chance the owner of the service center, or an employee, I really hope you are considering a way to make this up to me because this is really unacceptable.

    I took my Apple Watch on the 28th of November, they said it needed to be replaced and only 1 month later they order the replacement!!!!!! Now it’s been 2 months and they don’t have any clue of when I’ll receive it. Don’t go there. Update: I received it on the 7th of February. 2.5 months after I gave it to them.

    SERVICE UNACCEPTABLY SLOW!

    I dropped off my laptop 7 weeks ago at 51 East repair center. After 6 weeks I had to call them to request a repair update. They did not have an update and promised to call me back, shortly. After 4 days past without a call, I had to call them AGAIN. They explained that a repair part was still on order and they had no idea when it would arrive.

    The repair center told me on the drop off that it might take a while to fix because of embargo effect on repair parts. I didn't expect that it would take 2 months or longer for repair. I could have shipped the laptop snail mail to the original manufacturer for repair and received it back by now!

    Why is 51 east accepting equipment for repair when they have no idea how long it will take to fix?

    I tried to fix my 14 months old Yamaha AV and they quoted me half of the cost a brand new one!! I bought a new one from England at half the cost!
    Also I try to buy EF sony 70-200f4 lens but it was way out of market price for an old lens compared to any shop including VAT!!!
    Disappointing

    RIPOFF. It is the only place in Qatar where I can fix my Sony Xperia and I was quoted differently on the phone than when I got there. I wonder how much they will quote me after repair inspection.

    Gave my iphone 7 plus on 14th Jan for warranty. After one week call them every 2 days. The answer always get, 'we will call u back this evening'. However no one turn up. It is pathetic that Apple take them as an agent to provide the service. It has been more than two weeks now and Im still wondering where is my iphone.

    The worst customer service experience ever. I can't believe how 2 big brands such as Sony and Apple have entrusted their products with this service provider. The place is certainly not on par and is lacking in every aspect. I took my IPhone 6s for a battery issue since it was eligible for free battery replacement only to be informed that they've got no parts, no idea on when will the parts be provided by Apple and to top it all they cannot guarantee if the the phone will operate normally afterwards. Mind you, all this after I tried to call them more than 20 times prior to driving over there. What an absolute waste of time. Try Ali Bin Ali service center on C ring Road instead.

    If I could rate this service -5 star I would. They have spare parts but they don't repair if you didn't buy the item directly under them regardless how much you'd pay. They rarely answer phone calls during work hours. The front desk told me it would take three days to replace my guitar pickups which I ordered online myself. They keep promising me that it would take one more day everyday I call and today is the seventh day and still ongoing. I wonder how many life times it would take.
