Best garage for car repairing professional services

This is the worst garage i have ever seen in Doha, They are Big Cheaters, they said your car has very high repairs and need to open the HEAD and it will charge QR 5,000-6000, however i manage to take my car outside after paying the QR 250 for just checking and went to another mechanic and Believe me my Bill was just QR 100.
