Audi has remained one of the most popular luxury brands.
Unfortunately this time, when I visited Audi the customer service agent was not helpful at all-
although I have visited the Audi showroom a few times in the past and the customer service was excellent!

Modern and sleek show room, just like the cars it houses. Went on to look around rather than seriously considering buying a car but staff were attentive and friendly enough.

I just coming to used car section but i was surprised because there no care attention was given there no salesman only one and he did not give any attention he was talking with his friend more than 1 hour. Only the girl on the reception she was helpful and friendly.

Compared to most German cars in Qatar , Audi has the worse customer service as they promise the best when you buy the car and surprises you with never calling you back , my car that I recently bought was thrown at Mitsubishi workshop for 3 months and a half

Very bad compared to german brand.
Most of sales doesn't know about Audi cars and they don't even call you back when you have any inquiries which didn't get answers at that time.
Need a hard work for this luxury brand
