The Farm, for me has always been about low impact living, and great food. So when i bought the farm in 2008, and discovered with the help of the neighbours its burned out gardens, olive groves and orange groves, and many other fruit trees, it evolved almost by accident, 8 years later , we have 3 different vegetable gardens. One of the best kitchens, not because of high tech gadgetry, just because it is a great place to cook socialise, enjoy food and with slad and herb gardens surrounding it, somewhere to get inspired! and eat very well.
Now we have had the old distillery open for renting for the first summer, full for july and august, and we were there before that, the roof is cork insulated,we have 2 cork forests! the walls are 60cm think made of clay, the original walls, so you get a constant 19 degrees, hot or cold outside, not needing electricity, this is what fascinates me and now i see others. We will be building tree house and the rest of the farm house for next year! please contact us if you want to visit or help, we need all of you!
