Description
With decades of history, our family houses were completely rehabilitated, being fully equipped and furnished. Besides the comfortable rooms our guests have also access to all the common areas, such as kitchen, dining room, TV and living room, terraces with lounge, barbecue, garden and private parking.
All our residences are served by public transportation (buses and/or metro) that connect to the main universities and institutes as well as to the city center of Porto.
Each residence has a dedicated housekeeper that is responsible to provide all the services that guarantees the comfort of our guests.

Oliveiras Residence was the first one to open, in 2015. It is a century-old house, completely restored with 17 rooms (single, double and triple) and several common areas where our guests can relax, study, cook and eat.
Giesta Residence opened last year. This family house offers now 14 rooms, all of them with private bath, a shared kitchen, a canteen, leisure spaces and garden.
Areosa Residence is probably the smallest and cozy residence that we have. With only 2 rooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and a terrace this is the perfect option for a couple or two colleagues.
Levada Residence is still in the rehabilitation phase, and is expected to open in September 2019. This residence has 3 apartments. Each apartment has 2/3 rooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and a very nice terrace.
