FWO School Project:
1.Being a stakeholder in the development of the country, FWO intends to contribute by launching an educational project in the remote areas.
2.The concept is based on our corporate social obligation to provide education to the youth of the area. The bottom-line of the project is talent farming of the under privileged through, investment in quality education , at an affordable cost.


Vision:
Initiative to start Gate Schools systems is not only a CSR (corporate social responsibility) but to provide a suitable platform for children to acquire , demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skills that will support them to participate in and contribute to the global world and practice the core values of respect, tolerance and serenity.


Aim:
At the FWO General, and Technical Schools system our overall aim is to provide opportunities for all our children to develop their full potential through high quality education and a caring environment, in which high standards are set and expected.
with in this we also aim to,
1.Help children acquire the skills, knowledge and understanding which will equip them for life and enable them to make a positive contribution to society as future citizens.
2. Encourage tolerance , co-operation and participation within an agreed framework of rules. Promote an understanding of the world in which we live.

The institute is being run in line with other army public schools and colleges and is managed by a Governing Body comprising:-

Admission Policy:
Admission to all classes is granted on the basis of merit through entrance test, normally carried March/April each year. The results are approved by the Chairman Administrative cum Academic Committee.

d. Wards of Navy/PAF personnel's
e. Wards of Civilians

Teaching faculty:
The institution has highly qualified and professionally sound teaching staff, most of the teachers are ladies, be suited for teaching children of elementary classes. The members of the faculty are all devoted, dedicated and imbued with missionary zeal.


Curriculum:
In vie of frequent point of Army personnel, the syllabus of Army Public School and college is followed. The policies and guidelines given in the National Education and Manual of Army Schools/ Colleges 1991 and SOP 2015 are being followed in true letter and spirit.


Co-Curricular Activities:
Excursion and academic trips are also arranged periodically without disturbing classes schedule.
PT and sports events are regularly organized for the students to provide them an opportunity to develop skills in sports and physical activities.


Discipline and conduct:
1. The institution demands a high order of punctuality and regularity from its faculty and students.
2. Students must reach school/college at least five minutes before morning assembly.
3. Leave application must be submitted in writing before morning assembly, if the student needs leave.
4. Absence without information for a period of more than one week will render a student liable to serve disciplinary action.
5. Failure to submit application for leave will render a student to fine 20/- per day.
6. Any student coming late in the morning will be marked absent for the day.
7. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases are not permitted to attend the classes.
8. The institution is not responsible/accountable for loss of books, equipment, money valuable loss by the students.
9. Students should not bring expensive watches, pens, calculators, mobile phone etc to the institution.
10. Students are allowed to meet the visitors in the institution.
11. No student can invite any outsider in the institution without prior permission of the principal.
12. Consent of the parents for excursion or educational trips/functions by the institution is asked in writing. The school takes no responsibility for any damages/ Injuries during such trips.

Following offences can render a student liable to disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by Discipline committee:-
a. Indiscipline, cheating, stealing or immoral conduct.
b. Breaking institution's property.
c. Rudeness/misbehaving with staff.
d. keep Firearms and other lethal weapons.
e. Willingly damaging institution's property.
f. Being habitually untidy, unpunctual and neglecting institution's orders.
e. Showing coincidentally poor performance in academics/failure.
f. Leaving institutions's premises without prior permission.
g.Smoking/Using Narcotics.
h. Any other offence deemed to be serious enough by the institution's "Disciplinary Committee".
