  Nice hotel, staff and room. Very small elevator can only hold 5 people. May have problems if you are claustrophobic, seriously the elevator is small. U would stay here again and would recommend to others.

  I stayed there from 6. to 16. February, Everything was perfekt, room, Pool, Restaurant and reception, Close to the bars ans to Mall, would stay again there

  Quiet upscale bar and game room. Cost is significantly higher than competitors, but so is the atmosphere.

  Good hotel but worst employees ever!!!Specially the girls at the front desk they're rude,liars and trying to rip us off!!!!somethings fishey going on with them!!!This is the story me and My husband had encounter at this place. We stay here last week for 3nights,in the first morning i call the front desk and ask for the hotel shuttle taxi to drive us around in Angeles City. I asked them how much they would charge?!They told me it's 350pesos for the rent plus 200pesos for every extra hour. Anyway while on the road this taxi driver got attitude he keeps whinging everytime we stop over somewhere. So i ask him if this taxi was a hotel shuttle and he said (NO it isn't. )(I'm a outside taxi driver)😤😡😤The girls at the front desk know this Man from outside area and obviously they get big commission from getting him costumers from the hotel guest!!!😠😤😡Anyway we consume the 4hours driving around thru Angeles City. When we get back to the hotel they wanted to charge us double and more than what we've expect and more than what they've told us. The driver wants 350pesos each place he were drop us off. It's ridiculous!!!Aarrggghh 😤😡😠so when i call the manager to complain this incident ,these front desk girls and the driver got mad at me and the point has been much disputed when the manager had left us they gave me this bad attitude and very rude towards me as no respect. At the end they didn't get the money they want. After all that i was expecting to any apologies,for what they did specially for the BAD treatments!!But yes ofcourse they say sorry to that taxi driver instead of me ??(the hotel guest).Whatta Terrible place to stay!!!! Seriously!!!This hotel needs to hire the good workers,has a respect to the people come and go,and well mannered person😏😠😤😡👎👎👎👎👎

  Top Hotel... super silent and near to walking street... best comfort and nicest rooms what i have booked in the philippines. Great badroom.. big bed .. sofa... balcony... my number one !

  RBI steak house experience was nice. The place is cozy. Servers are attentive and courteous. We ordered rib eye & chicken wings and we liked it. Great value for your money.
