Pros - Mostly nice nurses
The renovated places are very clean as of now
Cons - Some rude and mean doctors saying things like "tanga" to patients while not providing enough understandable information for them
Some non-nurse staff are also rude and doesn't seem to care/respect the patients

Separate ang public sa private. You can tell about the facilities, very big difference. Nurses are rude. Doesn't seem to care.

The service is very poor! especially sa mga babies! Nurses are lacked in knowledge!! my nephew just passed away last month and all na nakikita namin mali is ung hospital na to!! kng anu anu gnawa sa pamangkin ko na 18 days sa icu!!! BOBO !!

I am a bonafide Pasig City resident. I give thanks that there is a government hospital that we can go to aside from those that will kill rather than treat you because of their fees and charges. To those who experienced bad service, can you please do it CONSTRUCTIVELY and see your experience in the light of the limited budget allocation that this facility must be receiving from the Local Government of Pasig. If the doctors, nurses and other staff of the hospital were not so cordial, maybe it is due to the very high ratio of patient-to-doctor or patient-to-nurse or staff compared with other PRIVATE hospitals. I still appreciate the fact that the LGU provided the residents of Pasig City and nearby places with the Pasig City General Hospital and the new Children's Hospital besides the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig.
