Room has ants in bed. The lockset in toilet is not working. Cannot connect to the wifi, when the receptionist was asked for help she just said that there is nothing that she could do and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Either the staff cannot understand tagalog or just has no training in customer service. Even charged us 30 pesos for using their microwave to reheat our food. The roomboy already saw us carrying trayog food didn't even offered to help. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel treatment,even 2 stars but a better customer service from staff can compensate for all the inconveniences in the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope this review would not be deleted in order for others to know what they are expecting once they book in this hotel.

Their rooms are affordable but don't expect that much. Their airconditioning unit was not working properly. Location wise, the place is accessible to convenience store, malls, public transportation and the like. The security personnel assigned months ago was approachable and helpful.

Good place to stay for an affordable price. Ease of access to everything like 711 and a 10-minute walk to Fuente Circle which has variety of fast food, drug store and other stuff.

If you wanted a place to stay and you are on a tight budget, consider this place. The hotel is clean and quiet. Very accessible to major establishments and tourist spots.

Had a very comfortable stay at Pacific Pensionne. Breakfast menu could be better. Very pocket friendly hotel at the heart of the city and also close to SWU. Air-conditioning machines in the rooms are very old. Otherwise it is good place to stay for 1 or 2 days at a very low budget.
