Awful, booked in advance, no hot water, broken toilet seat, telephone broken, wall socket hanging out, asked about no hot water, they couldn't be bothered, I had my key thrown on the counter, not handed, a very good menu lots on it, when I asked for something, they only had chicken and rice not even chips, and they ran out of beer. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Nothing like the pics, even extractor fan didn't work in the so called bathroom diabolical ,not even an apology for no hot water

If you want a cheap place to stay as long they have an air condition, shower and bed to sleep in.. this is the place. Cost $20 a night. You don't have to worry your safe in this place. Clean and they have a guard outside all the time except when it comes to cleaning your room, you have to request. ( This is in the Philippines by the way.)

It's cheap, yes. Accessibility, yes. Good. But accommodation wise? If you can find a better place while staying in Cebu, you wouldn't go here.

This place is so scary. My family and friends had check-in here a year ago. There must be something wrong especially at the superior rooms in which I think all f the staffs are aware of. Our friends which is just beside our room would hear loud voices from our room only to find out that nobody's inside. Some of our things got lost, even the room key but the staffs are not bothered as if nothing happened.

A nice alternative to some of the pricier hotels in the area. Right across the street from a large mall and close to the airport. Room is ok, aircon works well but not much water pressure.

The place is functional and very near the airport. Appropriate for those flyers who do business in Mactan and Mandaue areas and trying to avoid the heavy traffic in Cebu City centers. Though the furniture are quite old, its cleanliness is acceptable.
