  I wish I read reviews on Google, it doesn't look like what I expected on Agoda.
  It looks like its an abandoned building that hunted, it surely doesn't worth that much with such room.

  I wont ever recommend this place. This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I paid 2,700 p for one night and i booked it thru the internet since it showed that it is near the airport. The room was not cleaned and the bathroom does not have a running water. , again it was not clean. I am not even sure if the sheets were changed or not. cockroaches were crawling on the wall and the sofa had those dirt marks on the cushion. That place was so eeeeky that after i had a snack at 9pm at the nearby pizza store, I called another hotel (Park View) and booked right away,. Took a cab and picked up my luggage and i never bothered about my paymt. I dont care about the money, That hotel is scary!!!!

  Super poor quality of the room. We booked for a junior suite and we expected that we can relax and enjoy our stay. But what we found was a dusty and abandoned room without any clean stuff. I sneezed like hell because of the dust. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. I regretted I even considered this as an inn.

  I wish I would of read the reviews before booking...they are spot on. This place is a very bad joke. First, I was checked into a room that smelled like a month old pile of wet laundry...clearly riddled with mold. Next i had to sit in the lobby all night to use wifi as their signal apparently is delivered via two tin cans and a piece of twine. No wifi in your room. Lastly and the icing on the crapcake that this hellhole is....the water wasn't working the morning of my checkout...so no shower before leaving for the airport. This place is WILDLY OVERPRICED....I stayed at a place for a quarter of the price and was quite satisfied. This is the place you send your mother in law when you're trying to get her to kill herself. Don't do it.

  We were really disappointed of this hotel! This is not a hotel. This is like an abandoned building. Agoda should change the pictures posted in Agoda site coz it is so deceiving.When we arrived in the hotel, I was even hesitant if we were brought to Lancaster Hotel because it is absolutely different of what is in the picture. It is an old, old condominium in which few of the units were managed by Lancaster and others with the other company (I forgot the real estate's name). Our room was in the 4/F which was so scary. I think we were the only occupant on that day. The room is an old room. Not so clean. no bidet, the faucet is not working, old furniture, no wifi provided, No ambiance at all. I saw kids swimming in the pool with no lights at all in the pool area. I was so disappointed that I was not able to read the reviews or else this will never be an option. I was thinking that it has the same ambiance and amenities in Lancaster Hotel in Manila.
  I will not definitely recommend this Lancaster Hotel in Cebu! A big No No!!
  We prefer to stay here since its a just a few minutes from the airport since it was our last day to avoid hassle and traffic but expecting to have a good overnight stay. The rate is expensive for the kind of accommodation.

  Staffs are kind. It is a cheapest place near Mactan Marina mall. However, electricity was not stable so I could not use hot shower and air-conditioner sometimes. Telephone in counter did not work, since construction near hotel may affect.

  My worst experience. At 2am we have been welcomed by an armed security guard apparently drunk with a pistol in his hand. This is not an hotel but an appartement house. The reception is dirty and the night manager was not helpful. We discovered insects in my son's bed. We had NO water, I.e no showers. I wouldn't recommend this place
