  Bugs, roaches, crappy customer service saying we have to deal with the room. Paper thin doors. No offer to switch out to a new room or comp any service. Pictures included...

  Hotels are nice. Staffs are so much accomodating. Rooms has everything but one thing, food is pricy even snack. Also souvenier are so pricy image a magnet cost 110 php for each? And also some of the facility has so much mosquito. Wifi is good available in all facility

  Poor reservations, billing amd customer service. We reserved a double room but we were given a King sized bed room. So we asked if there is any available double room so I can fit my 2 children. We were then given a double room but for a higher cost. Not just that, when we checked, the alternate double room is so so far away from the center hotel. We were only advised it is a pool area so I expected a room near pool. But it is not! The pool is yet quite far away and you needed to trail a track to reach the pool. So inconvenient I had to deal with their poor reservations and insufficient information given to us. To even add up to our disapppointment, when we were checking out, a certain bill from the restaurant was tagged on to us which we didn't even incur! Good thing the front desk clarified to their restaurant staff after our surprising reaction and in the end, we really did not pay that wrong bill! Though the place has a lot of amenities to offer, I will not recommend this place coz it will cause lots of stress and trouble (ironic you wanted to relax but end up stressed!).
