Budget no frills accommodation.
Limited amenities, pay to use hair dryer, electric kettle and bottled water.
Decently clean room.
Only saving grace is a good location close to mall and 24hours eateries.report this review -

There are many things to say about this place.
First of all and the most important is their careless rude staff. Day shift or night shift does not matter, staff are hopeless.
The promised carpark never existed, the only 3 bays are always full and staff or hotel managers are using them. There is no carpark around and you have to go far to park and pay 100 pesos per night.
Guards are not helpful at all.
Rooms are very small.
Air condition is situated just about half a meter from your head!!!
Outside lights lit your room all night long and if you like a dark room to sleep then you can't.
First day I ordered breakfast at the lobby. I asked if the cappocinno is a real one and not a 3 in 1 and they confirmed it. When I received my cappuccino it was a 3 in 1 and they charged me 105 pesos plus 10 percent. Altogether their terrible breakfast cost my 380 pesos which I could pay less in a cafe and get a great quality and service.
Check in and check out is slow and each time just to get your keycard you need to waste a few minutes. Once I was standing for more than 10 minutes and when I said I am tired and teed to go to my room, the rude staff told me to wait. Managers should add more staff and obviously one is not enough. In occasions they were 3 or 4 but sitting in the lobby checking their facebook or their papers and no attention were paid to the hotel guest and their needs.

We paid 3k for two nights. On the cheaper side.
Anyway, room was ok, elevator was small, service was just fine.
One thing that stuck though is that there was a time when we asked for our room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned when we got back. Probably they just missed to or what but well, it never got cleaned.
Wifi can sometimes be erratic as well.
The location was just ok as it's on the way tk Osmeña but if you're targeting IT park or some other places, this is not the one. Good enough for a 3k weekend though. And i mean two nights already for three guests.report this review -

I thought at first i would get a very bad room for the cheap price they offer but i found out that it is an okay room with privacy and a bit of comfort. Though there are a couple of problems but all in all i could say that i am satified with the price and accomodation.

I stayed here just for 1 night and my car just got clamped!
I entrusted my car with the Guard because he told me that it was ok to park there in front of their hotel.
Don't stay here if you have a car because their parking space is just for 3 cars.report this review -

Vy lousy, no drinking water provided,no boiling thermo, water heater also not working and water pressure vy low, if needed hair dryer or want more pillows etc, need to pay .

Misleading information. Their information are not calibrated/aligned since front desk staff are shifting. Rooms looks big in the picture/ads but in reality it's narrow. The bathroom smells bad. You can smell the septic tank. You have to observe their AC, they have 2, a split type and a window type, but the window type is the one who's working the split is just sa decoration. Deceiving though. It's warm that you'll ask to be transferred to a different room. Their price is not appropriate with the service that you'll get. And the place it self. You'll still get charge for their wrong info. Be careful of their modus.

The hotel is clean and presentable. The location is also good. But the problem is during our stay there is no water available from 11PM until our checkout in the morning, its normal to have problems like this but the situation is handled by the management poorly. The don't have any initiative to do something for the guest who needs water other than the classic "we are very sorry and we are working on it."

We stayed here for a night. Its clean l, we got toiletries, a fresh towels. And breakfast was served in the room.
