  Easy access to the downtown area. Intermittent wifi and cable. Overall, for the Cebu City explorer on a shoestring budget.

  old, tired, roach infested, no water pressure. Front desk and staff rude. Food over priced. It's a cheap place to stay, but there are better places for similar money.

  Staff - friendly and accommodating
  Vicinity (outside) - easy access to food stores (karenderia), shopping malls and south GT express terminal.
  Room - old fashioned, there's more room for improvement (lights, walls and bathroom shower)
  
  Overall - very affordable and very accessible to the downtown, even tho there are resto & ktv bars outside it feels safe. If you want to experience the simple life in Cebu this could be a good place to stay.

  Fair enough. Stayed twice already with my mom and dad who visited me and has to travel going back to Mindanao. Its convenient because its near to the port. Won't take long to go to there. However the place is quite old. Not so clean bathrooms. And a quite small bed. But still, a good choice if you're tight on your budget.
