Great place to stay! Parking space available. Courteous staff. Working elevator. Clean and well lit hallways. Clean and spacious room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Very affordable price. Restaurants and banks just a few steps away. 7-11 right across the street.

The place is clean and they have hot water! They don't offer breakfast, though.

I'm giving it a 4 because whole experience was good and because the hotel had accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels (considering its price too). It's within the metro so it's accessible to restaurants (Mcdo and Rubis walking distance!), terminals, malls, hospitals, schools, etc. The only thing I don't like that I remember is their broken floor tiles! Please fix it.

Not too far from the city and not too busy either. For the price, it's ok. No frills. Consider this if Hotel Lenox's new room are overbooked. You might end up being a regular guest here.

    Giving an overall 4 stars
    Pros:
    - Accommodating staff
    - clean, spacious enough rooms for the price
    - center of everything (in my pov)
    - high pressure water
    - free wifi
    - elevator availability especially a must for families with PWD company
    - free parking

    Cons:
    - noisy rooms due to its located beside a main road/national road. Suggest better noise insulation per room
    - noisy corridor, I can hear the people passing/talking outside. Suggest better sound proofing
    - while wifi is free, just darn slow
    - parking could have been made covered so you don't sweat when you leave wherever your going
    - no breakfast
    - in-room water heater for coffee/tea of guests

At the time we visited the restaurant was not open, but the room looked great and was cheap. Only flaw, and it's a big one, is that most of the best rooms face the street and there is no sound proofing. So unless you can sleep when there are tricycles, scooters and motorbikes with no mufflers, drag racing down the street from 12am to 4 am, you are not going to sleep.
The hotel management would not call the police and security standing out front ignored them.
Aside from that the staff and management were very friendly and accommodating.
The great thing about this place is it is the only quality hotel with a pool!

If you plan to stay here, book in advance and get a room in the back of the building away from the street.

I suggested to management to get double glazing and sound proof the balcony doors. I wonder if they did...
