  Nice location medyo busy road lang pero with parking space pag meron kang sasakyan..
  
  Nag stay ako dito pag katapos ng sinulog 2018..nice place.. Accessible sa mga outlet store and spa.. Malapet a mga spakol area.. Nice room.. Accomodating staff.. With accidental fee upon check out makuha naman.. With canteen naman pero di sya nasasama sa receipt..hiwalay siya bale.. No free drinking water... Wifi was good kahet hard to connect.. With elevator..
  
  Medyo mahal ang room pero if pasok sa budget ng company nyo better stay here..
  
  Overall nice place..

  The location and the property is good and recommendable...but there is no bidet and there's no glass/bottled water provided in the room...only toothrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo... good thing there is a canteen/restaurant in the ground floor... the wifi user name and password is reset everyday and should be ask at the front desk...it is also very near Velez Hospital and there are restaurants within the area...

  Room is spacious and so as the bathroom (with heater) but our room chain lock was broken when we arrived we reported it but they didnt do anything about it. Also front desk were not friendly nor helpful. The breakfast (danggit and daing) in the restaurant was good though

  For the price it's not bad, staff are friendly and free parking. Could be cleaner (mold and grime build up in the bathroom need to be addressed). Great for short business stays.

  Place adequately maintained, security guards are stratigically stationed 24/7 on the lobby and the staff are friendly. Its a family friendly hotel.

  Worst hotel ever. Rude management who stares at you and not even acknowledge your presence. Every small thing you need in the hotel you have to pay (even ice). Internet is very slow and the worst part? U have to pay if u need more than 2 devices. If there are other guests be prepared to hear loud noises because it echoes and hammering early in the morning. U can call the front desk but they wont do a thing. This place is clean-ish, i guess shower handle is hard to clean. I had my wisdom tooth removed and needed much rest but they made it impossible.

  Looks good outside but not inside. Rooms are like 30 years old. T&B are not properly cleaned. Resto and frontline service is POOR. Internet connection is also poor.
