Coffee, like all the finer things in life, has many facets, an you are probably aware of a few. But there are thousands of variations that distinguish one coffee from another. Variations in the plants, the soil, the fertilizer used, the cherries ripeness when harvested, and ultimately, how the beans are roasted. All these things combine to give each blend of coffee beans a unique flavor. And as with all things in life....your preference will no be the same as mine. Otherwise we would all eat the same things and marry the same people...but I digress.....COFFEE, that's what it's all about. A great cup of Joe.
