This hospital is terrible. They misdiagnosed by nephew with dengue. When he was brought to St. Lukes it turns out wala naman. Two months before that they recommended him to be admitted pero the doctors couldn't explain what he was sick of. Recently naman they wanted me to be admitted for dengue but I refused. When I asked the ER doctor what her prescribed meds was paracetamol and useless cough syrup lang ni reseta. 24 hours after she said I had dengue, i went for a check again and it turns out wala akong dengue. They always recommend someone to be admitted so that they could make money off the patient. Avoid them especially their ER.

We went to a dental clinic for my daughter's check up only to find out that the one who checked was the assistant.di man lang kami ininform na hindi yng dentist ang titingin.napaka unprofessional pa yng tumingin.biro mo,2mins lang tapos na yng check up and tatanungin pa nya ako kng ma7 questions pa!

Based on my experience as surgery patient:
Price - Reasonable
Room - The big private room is spacious. Ref, shower, and heater work. Cable TV is available, but maintenance took one day to make it available. The bed had automatic buttons. Linen are changed everyday. Cleaning is done twice a day. Food is tastier compared to other hospitals.
Nurses - gives meds on time, and responsive.
Doctors - when admitted, a resident visits everyday. In clinics, the doctor comes late sometimes, but they do come.
Admin - admission, billing, and check out happened promptly and without incident.

Unresponsive hospital! Patients will just spend their time in the hospital without being attended. Doctors are not in time when there is an emergency, in fact there is no even a Doctor. So you better not go in this hospital. A man who got shot was delivered to this hospital and family waited for 3 hours because there is no doctor until the patient died.

If you're someone who's sick and you want to die, this hospital is the place to be. When you're rushed to the ER due to multiple gunshot wounds, but then there the nurses and staff will tell you that there's currently no doctor available, but "they're on the way". After 3 hours of waiting, the doctors are still "on their way".

We rushed our father to the emergency room due to severe abdominal pain. For more than an hour, there was no available doctor who can check my father but only the ER nurses. Then I just discovered that the attending physician of the ER is sleeping on one of the patients' cubicle beds covered with curtains. Just imagine.. It has been more than an hour waiting but no doctor attended my dad! This is very very frustrating to experience this kind of treatment.

Despite of this, I must also confess our own experience that this hospital is still better among the hospitals here in Antipolo City. Yet it is still frustrating that some of our health services are deteriorating because they become lax as years go by.

The doctors here will do everything to make you to stay longer than you have to and avail of their rooms and have your situation "monitored" regardless of having tests return negative results. Nurses are also snobs. they were so slow in assisting me when I opted to go home instead. The paperworks were already on the nurse station and I waited for a long time while they were busy chatting about their hobbies and personal lives. If I hadn't followed through, who knows how long I would have waited for them to check and give the papers to me. Also, the CT Scan and Xray are so expensive here. They also wouldn't say how (kunyari di daw nila alam) much the Philhealth discount would be if I availed a room.

Naoperahan mother ko d2. Gallstone. Guess what!? may natirang bato according to our present hospital. And my mother is suffering from this until now... Walang kenta doctor d2. Do not take your love ones here. They will just take your money...
