the car driving comfort is great..
however the customer service here in chevrolet bacolod is extremely poor.
i had my last service last week of feb same day my car wont start..it just had a loud noise in the engine area...i was force to go to the showroom to ask assistance the manager will charge me P1,800 for towing service since she said their people has work to do as well but they will prioritize me...i agree tho its quite confusing what is my road assistance for?does it only literally apply if i had trouble while im on the road?i go home got my car checked luckily it started working again...i bring the car right away to the service center only to find out 'twas a battery issue...and there the worst part is NO AVAILABLE BATTERY FOR CHEVROLET TRAX!!!!i just had my car for only 7 months..its very disappointing..as in...very frustrating as well how they assist me and now its almost a month of just promises and the battery still not replace..i need to go there to get an update they do not do it on their own....untill now my battery is still thesame there were times my car wont start!!!!and im paying it for 20,700 per month!!!!very very very worst experience ever!!!!
Nice people if you can get them to answer their phones, especially the Insurance dept!

Abysmal.. Had brought my cruze for repair because my A/C wasnt working and my front panel was flickering. After almost 3 weeks, i Got back my car with a huge scratch on the trunk, my right high beam not turning on, and my car key buttons sunken and deformed. And they told me that they'd fix the scratch on my next visit! Purely ridiculous. And after 6 months, the problems came back. Seriously??
They do their best to satisfy their service but their units specifically the SPIN LTZ variant is not made of quality.
Issues within the last 2 years.
- Battery was replaced in 9 months
- Gas tank was replaced (recalled)
- Aircon did not work after a year.
- Tail light gets busted every 6 months.
- Fuel consumption was said to be efficient but only running at 7KM per liter (city driving)
I probably got a bad unit but the hassle is really not worth it especially if the maintenance fee every 6 months is 18-20K.
Positive: The service team are accommodating and their customer service reps do their best to help.
