The hotel is cozy however, room service and reheating food have additional charges which is really weird especially for the former. The food is good and the hotel is very accessible.

The staff are very accomodating! They will always greet you with a smile and will always attend to your needs. The rooms are always clean. The hotel is simple but you could call it a home. Great staff! Great Hotel!

Personal kind and everything correct. But a very important issue: the ac was veeery noisy, so noisy that we couldnt sleep. We complained and someone came to our room to repair it. Nevertheless the problem remained

For me this not a hotel look like a lodging place very old need an upgrade inside the room are very old and broken plus the AC cannot cold the room .the worst is thr bathroom tiles are crack and broken lots of stain . So expensive of the rate not worth .hotel very bad need a renovation espeacialy the room very old furniture and bed .I wasted my money I booked for 4days but i never stayed . I move to a better hotel and I was not able to get my money back Only good in the picture for real very bad .

Great budget hotel. Clean rooms, efficient and prompt staff. My bathroom sink clogged up. Within minutes after reporting the issue to front desk, it was fixed right away.

This is "THE" budget hotel. For complaints, like what I just had, just approach the receptionist and air out what needs to be addressed, like what I just did. And bingo! I got upgraded to their NICE suite room at no extra charge. Good job, guys!

The place is located in a quiet area near the city with lots of restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in is only about 15-20sqm. The aircon of our room is a bit dated but still managed to keep the room cold on a summer night. The price for we paid was about P1850 for the 3 of us. It came with a simple breakfast but the serving was quite small. Its did not provide the best value compared to other cheap hotels we stayed in other places.
