This is one of Cebu's finest business hotel for the last 20 years. I have good memories to share about this hotel especially with Marriott Cebu Garden cafe. I would miss the bountiful array of dishes as well as their themed nights. Not to mention, the people working behind it. I do wish the new generation can experience their brand of hospitality.

Unfortunately, Marriott Cebu has to bid goodbye early this year to make way for Seda. Seda is an Ayala owned chain of hotel.

This place has now shut down. December'17 was their last month of operation. It was a very good place and the staff was even better. There is a new place that coming at the same location but I guess it will take some time for it to open up

If you want city center during your visit to Cebu City then this is the place to be. Located in Ayala, you have access to all of the amenities in the area. It is also connected to the mall which is a big plus (and super convenient). Breakfast was a bit pricey (850 PHP per person). I'd say go out to the terraces to eat instead as there are plenty of options all day.

The rooms were comfortable but feels small and cramped. Free bottled water for guests in the room. Slippers and all toiletries available. Free musical entertainment in the bar area almost every night. We would come back.

One of Cebu's best business hotels. Accessible and good proximity to shopping and business destinations in Cebu business park. Convenient and covered parking, part of Ayala Terraces' parking area. Very close to several banks and ATM machines. Walking distance to Ayala Center Cebu mall, for shopping and services needs. Various restaurants at Ayala Terraces' are also very accessible, and the guests don't have to walk outside on the streets. It is also in close proximity to several companies in and around the Cebu Business park area.

This was my home away from home for 2 weeks. Business Related. Highly recommend this hotel while in Cebu. The Hotel is well kept, organized and most of all, Clean! The establishment is very secure, security and screening measurements made my level of comfort even better. The staff was very friendly, attentive to the point that the wait staff and bartenders knew me by name.
The food was amazing, I Literally tried everything on the menu (2 weeks, i had to get creative) the restaurant was very convenient, and clean, top priority for me.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and experience here.

Great place, older but good. Next to the mall so plenty to do. Taxi from the airport is about 500php or 10 dollars. Smoking floor and room was great. Food is good and not expensive.

Nice Marriott Hotel in the heart of Cebu. Great location next to Ayala Mall. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but they just can't cook an over easy egg without breaking it. The pool is nice but small, and the gym is starting to get old, but it has everything you need to get a good work out. The room are comfortable, but also starting to get old. The service is sometimes good, and sometimes not so good. Probably because the manager is not focused on customer service.

This has basically been my home for the past 6 months. I've spent more time in this hotel than at my home :-)
Staff is always friendly - knew my name by the second day, and every time I come back it;s like I'm a family member coming home.
Rooms are clean and have everything I need. The bathrooms could possible do with a refresh of the bath and shower, but otherwise are great.
Room service is great. The restaurants serve REALLY good food and the prices are quite reasonable.
Being right next to the Ayala mall is also great - lot;s of shopping and restaurants as options. I've heard good things about the cinemas as well, but haven''t had the chance to try them yet.
There is a cool tourist bureau right in the hotel - I recommend using them for booking organized events. Definitely try the island hopping and whale shark ones :-)
    Love coming back here.

Nice place with great security. Rooms are kept clean, and the staff are extremely nice. Some lights in rooms don't all work, and some rooms smell a bit. Really nice view of the city, and the hotel is within feet of a large mall. Overall great place to stay.

It's had a much needed renovation since I was last there 10 years ago. We had a Junior Suite (a standard room with a small annex containing a desk and chair) with access to the Executive Lounge. Spacious, comfortable, clean room in good condition. Has a pool deck, outside dinning and bar area and easy access to the Ayala Mall if you want to do some shopping. I probably wouldn't do the Junior Suite/Executive Lounge again as it's not in up to the same standards as say a Sofitel offering (not that they are in Cebu).

Front desk service is garbage. Platinum membership doesn't mean anything here. The better rooms are saved by the front desk for their favored guests. Staff does not attempt to make things right, only offer excuses as resolution. A courtyard view at this hotel means a view of the side of another high rise building and a large run-down parking lot. Save your money, stay somewhere else.

***After 5 days at this hotel, Marriott International was able to take the time to resolve my issue and make things right. Everyone at this location, with the exception of the rude front desk associates deriving from the original complaint, have been phenomenal with their service and quality of food & beverage. Be cautious when talking to a rude female front desk associate that claims to be the manager, when in reality she is not. The real front desk manager is a credible associate that is in the interest of making things right. ***

Good reliable hotel in Cebu. Probably one of the three best hotels in the city. Easy 5 minute walk to the Ayala Mall. Rooms are nice. WiFi was good. Service was excellent for the Philippines. Very good breakfast buffet and nice lobby bar with live music. Recommend hotel for Cebu City.

The contemporary feel is there. Modern decor, sumptuous breakfast buffet & clean rest room. Wifi at the lobby is strong hut requires password ( use room number & last name of registered guest).
