  You have morons for security guards in your place. Absolutely horrid customer service. The way they speak to customers is utterly disgusting.

  Location is excellent. Room very clean. All services are as really nice and staff very gentle. Payment is very fare. Definitely enjoyed my stay there. If happen to return, Century Plaza will be the first choice.

  No western breakfast, and they refuse to make an exception, fry some eggs, toast or anything. The hot water is sometimes not working. Leaky shower and sink. Huge room deposit required at check-in. Tricky to login to the wifi, and it usually doesn't work. No friends are allowed to visit your room. At least the room is modern and clean.

  Lobby is clean but walkways have a certain irritating odor. Staff were very helpful.

  I was a guest in Century Plaza Hotel Cebu,just this 2016 Sinulog.One employee named Julius Silvano is a fraudster,he was so proud telling his colleague that he has a spot in his lungs and it may have been a Tuberculosis now and not only that,there were guests who were listening to his story.He was so boastful in telling the story,that he paid someone to take the x-ray exam in his behalf,how he cheated the medical establishment and how he cheated his company Century Plaza Hotel Cebu and HR did not know about it.I'm afraid for my health and all the guests health.HR management should do something about this,before it gets out of hand.
