This establishment is one of many in the Lozada family's empire of near-brothels that cater to PROSTITUTION ... For about 1500 pesos, a man can rent a room for 3 hours, bring in a girl who may or may not even be 18 years old, and do just about anything he wants with her. Because she HAS to ... because the bugaw (pimp) who arranged the encounter has to be paid, and the client has already paid for the room and the girl's "services". Shame on this place for turning a blind eye and supporting prostitution just to make a profit.
