Nag file ako ng 1905..nag fax ako pero pinag pasa pasahan ako.. Sabi niyo wala kayong fax machine.. Pano ako maka request na ilipat ang Record ko sa RDO 107?

BIR RDO is as of 2015 not closed or relocated. Hassle is, the online system was down w/o notice! Can't BIR have a real time update online for taxpayers to see how things in the RDO is going? (Lines, system online or offline, stub numbers in the counters, etc). Kuya guard was kindenough to give us the RDO's phone # so we can check if the system is alrrady online. In addition, lines get really long during tax season.
