Nice food!!! Great accomodation... staffs are accomodating and responsive to the needs of the guests.
Nice place. Good food. Kinda secluded. Good for wedding venue.
All staff are very accommodating and does extra mile of CS. Great place! Very relaxing. Highly recommended.
Best place for hi school reunion where wives and children do their thing while men can play golf or can sing piano or have a drinking gathering near Tagaytay Ridge like: Yellow Cab
The place was supposed to be a retreat house but they eventually turned it to a hotel. Breezy and very relaxing. :) Not too costly as well as it is far from Tagaytay proper.
******———————BEWARE———————*******
Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. They charge for extra towels, extra blankets extra pillows. I work front desk myself and I have never heard of such a greedy hotel. The front desk staff is rude! From the three nights we’ve stayed here we get a sassy response from every front desk agent. Make sure to also ask for different room options as they won’t recommend any for you. We had a lot of people in our party, and just to add extra beds in the rooms was almost twice as much as our friends staying in a much larger room that would have accommodated all of us. They will try and take as much money from you as you can.! I should have known something was wrong when we came in to check in and there was already a VERY upset guest complaining and yelling at the front desk lady. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a hotel. Definitely would not recommend anyone staying here.
New and beautiful hotel and resort.
Staff our courteous. Facilities are clean and new.
Nice place to for retreats and corporate team building
Perfect hide away from the hustle and traffic of Metro Manila.
Good for relaxation have swimming pool and nice food and friendly staffs
If you're looking for a simple relaxation away from urban traffic including that in Tagaytay, this is a nice choice.
