Two months ago, I applied for internet banking and requested a reset of my mobile banking password. Since then, I have visited the branch four times to follow up on these requests. Despite my repeated efforts and significant inconvenience, there has been no progress or resolution.
I am frustrated and deeply disappointed with the lack of efficiency and effectiveness in addressing what should be straightforward requests. The quality of service I have experienced is far from what I expect from a reputable institution like Westpac. I still do not know when I will be able to use internet banking and mobile banking, which is unacceptable.
There are many people are facing the same problems with the services of the Westpac PNG.
Very helpful staff. They definitely know their regular and valued customers.
Westpac is a long existing and.well run bank for both commercial and personal customers.
A.few more staff serving would be nice but when.being served staff are friendly and efficient.
Telephone numbers are unreliable, ringing but no one seems to be answering them at all :(
Limited seats so when you go there be prepared to stand and follow the line. It also depends on the day of the week the line can be long.
The service especially withrawal and deposit over the counter can be a little slow sometimes but generally it is OK.
