    One of my worst shopping experiences happened recently. The woman at the counter, who introduced herself as the manager, displayed a shocking lack of customer service skills. She openly stated, “This is my shop, and I can do whatever I want,” and behaved with complete rudeness. Although the other staff members were friendly and genuinely tried to assist, the manager’s attitude left a lasting negative impression.

    Extremely terrible experience all around, if I were rating this place on how poorly I was treated, I’d give it a -1. Despite of spending more than 45k, the manager was unbelievably rude and dismissive - lacks complete professionalism, offering no apology or solution. No effort to be helpful just a condescending attitude.
    It’s clear this manager has no business in customer service. I will NEVER return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money “SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE”

    You can find best quality products there . I loved new style fashion wear.

    NOTE : If you are not sure about product you are buying don't place order online beacuse there is no cashback service.Things said fixed price online can be bargained if you visit shop.

    I suggest you to visit place directly and purchase items so that you can get some discounts .

    I ordered a shoe recently & got different shoe size than I've ordered.💔

    Good quality products and the price is reasonable too. Things they need to improve are the staffs attitude. Very unprofessional, especially the staff of jacket's floor section.

    Had a bad experience. Just visited to buy a slipper and the staff was like you know the price of this slipper. Guys don't worry if i like i buy . And finally i buy because i liked anyway but please be nice atleast to customer.
