Very poor and pathetic service. Operated right eye and doctors prescribed eye drops for left eye. When asked they said patient should have confirmation when discharged. Very rude behavior.

Very poor service. Had to stay whole day for normal check up. Politeness not found in staffs. Not value for money. Cleanliness is good, service is worse. No sufficient staffs at departments. Patients have to suffer due to long waiting time.

Nice hospital. I am feeling very happy and comfortable without spectacle after LASIK surgery. Dr. Taparia and staff members are very co-operative and efficient. Thank you Taparia Eye Care Hospital for the outstanding service

This is the best hospital for eye treatment and cataract operation. If you have low budget you can go for low price lense too. 80% of patients visit from India due to affordable price. Highly recommended 👍

If you want rude and careless behaviour after paying in full amount and no less than other private hospitals then you must visit this 3rd class hospital. This is the most utterly careless nursing home I've ever seen in my life. The staffs are just inhuman. Try avoid it as there are better options available. I will never ever go to this place again. Such bitterness developed after just 1 visit. Money greed people. The group C staff created a very bad impression on me regarding Nepali people. I heard Nepalis are honest helpful and cordial people but this man proved that nuisance and bad people are always there. No reason to come to this greedy appartment which calls itself a hospital!! So funny . Just an appartment with some untrained staffs. Visit and waste your money.

This is the most utterly careless nursing home I've ever seen in my life. The staffs are just inhuman. Try avoid it as there are better options available. I will never ever go to this place again.
