I stayed 8 nights at Shree yoga to do detox yoga retreat few months back and loved it. It was nice and very relaxing to detox my body and mind which I exactly needed. Shreesh is intuitive teacher who is able to lead every class with grace and enticing smile. He has great knowledge on alignment & will adjust your posture softly. You will be completely supported in his self designed yoga classes. All yoga asanas were supporting my detoxification process.
The guided meditation classes were so relaxing and soothing, taking you close to your soul.
From the fourth day, I started fasting with apples, honey and juices for 3 days. It was my first ever long fasting, but I did it very easily with support of staffs and teachers.
The last day was quit challenging for me to drink warm salty water and doing yoga quickly to expel. But teachers encouraged me very sweetly and I did. The yoga food after this was so nice.
As they said in the beginning; I will find new ‘Me’, so happened.
I wish, I could stay here for few more days but I had to return back.
If you are looking for a real detox experience, Shree yoga retreat is definitely right and nice place.

I checked in to Shree yoga to attend Poonhill trekking and yoga. They warmly welcomed me and explained more about the trek. The trek started in Pokhara and ended in Pokhara.
This 8 days yoga trek was one of my best trips I have done. The trekking route was amazing with mountains, hot spots, water falls.
I got to know some basic principles of yoga as well living styles of Himalayan people.
The trekking was not very hard, only the second day of trek was bit harder.( You have to walk lots of steeply stairs)
Everyday walking for 5-6 hours taking short rest in between, taking pictures, talking about yoga and more was nice experience.
The food served in the trek was really delicious, yoga classes were nice to support your hiking and also to settle the mind.
I knew lots of new yoga poses and techniques for meditation, I am thankful for this.
I really enjoyed the sunrise on the top of Poonhill where sun comes over Himalayas spreading the life. Wow I can’t forget that moment.
I will plan another trip with shree yoga soon.
I highly recommend this trek to people who really wants to go bit deeper of themself and explore Nepal.

We were searching for nice place for our short holiday. And I found Gosaikunda trek with yoga offered by Shree yoga. It was unforgettable holy tour for us. The full program was for 9 days, where you will spend 7 days in the Himalayas and jungles with various flora and fauna with the yoga teacher and other participants.
The walking trail was so nice with enchanting views of snow caped mountains.The lakes on the foot of Himalayas were so admiring.
Everyday yoga and meditation practice was supporting us for this unique journey.
The food was delicious during the trek, my favorite was local Nepalese food.
Below are few points I want to let others know before go to this trek ,
It’s too cold after 3 days of trekking, so you should have enough warm clothes.
I felt really especial and exciting, I definitely liked this trek with yoga. I Would recommend this trek to the travelers around the world who really wants to enjoy their holidays.

We attended Poonhill yoga trek with Shree yoga retreat in Kathmandu for 9 days. The trek was nice with enchanting views of Himalayas with different yoga postures.

Nagarkot yoga trek with shree yoga in Nepal !
We were two doing Nagarkot yoga trek for 4 days. It was so so nice experience for us. We hiked 4-5 hours every day through the jungle, seen many local cultures and wild animals. The yoga class was very nice. Yoga teacher tells you how to explore within and many stuff. We did yoga in the morning and evening. The breathing things was also nice. The view from Chisapani and Nagarkot was stunning. There was always cool wind in Chisapani, you should bring warm clothes for that.
The Nepali food served in hotels were yummy,
Overall, it was something new experience for us.
Will come back again with more friends.
