  Thank you!!!! I just wanted to give huge thumps up to the SERENITY SPA..I had a really wonderful massage ever..it was by far the best spa experience the I have had ..The massage itself was the best..I have experienced in a spacious & well presented room over looking Hyde Park (as requested).The individual pods post treatment are a great touch as well.. Everything was perfectly manage 😊😊..The staff were incredibly friendly & a commodating & were happy for me to enjoy the spa facilities long before the treatment began...
  At last...thank you so much for everything & specially thanks to there Staff, Receptionist & the Boss..who gave me the good facilities.. I'm satisfied from this spa 😊😊

  Just don't. More like bathing you in oil than a massage. Terrible service and way too expensive for it. Complete rip off.

  DO NOT GO THERE! IT IS A RIPPED OFF! WORST EXPERIENCE ever! The Boss of the place shrugged it when we feedback, "This is Nepalese standard"! My girlfriend and I paid US$20 EACH for a Hair Treatment and the "therapists" are all so called "Trainees" said the boss. We had to wash and blow our OWN HAIR as the girls simply have no idea how to clean the shampoo from the back of our neck with us lying down on over the wash basin and had water running all over our face. Whilst connecting the extension cord, sparks came out from the extension cord! We JUMPED! We also saw cockroach crawling under our feet. The place was unkempt and disorderly! There were 3 ladies there that simply had no idea how to provide any form of service. When we feedback to the manager downstairs, all he said was "this is Nepalese standard and they are trainees!" and insisted that we still had to pay US$40 = $4000 Nepalese Currency. We paid and left as we are 2 ladies in the streets of Thamel and did not want to intimidated. Once again, be forewarned, DO NOT GO THERE! IT IS A RIPPED OFF! Check it out at your own risk!
