  After having some assistance with something on my touring bicycle I asked about MTB rentals. They charge 1200 rupees which is similar to other places, but they said I could take part in a free event with them which I accepted. But it was incredibly disorganised.. I was told to go to one area, but after 45 minutes of waiting (from 6:30am) I was asked to pick up my bike from their cycling restaurant. This took a long time, and by the time I got back to the starting point of the event everyone had left, despite saying they'd wait.
  
  The bike turned out to be in poor shape, which became more and more apparent as I rode on alone.
  
  The intentions of the staff were well, but they were discoordinated. I returned the bike after just a few hours because it's groupset was unreliable. Not the sort of thing you want on trekking paths.
  
  I can't recommend this cycling company for rentals, and suggest you go elsewhere.

  I bought a custom cycle from PANC..price was very good..but they cheated me..i am suffering from backside wheel hub prob even after they replaced it once n asked for money again said dont come for any issue now onwards.another cheat is they gave me paddle damaged crank.which can not be repared.
