I have submitted account opening form today at Maharajgunj Branch and the lady at customer service told me to call around 1pm to know about account number..i called her at the landline number at 3:13 pm and its been more than an hour bt nobody receives the call. I dont understand why. When i called at the main office one lady received the call and said that she dont have any idea..then she hung up the call. What kind of service is this?? Do u even care about your customers?? This is so pathetic.

All my mum wanted to do was ask the bank if the money she was expecting today has hit her account. We rang them at least 5 times. Everytime, the hold music wouldn't stop playing. When it finally does, it is to be transferred to god knows where. No one answers!!! Even when someone answered, they said "hello" only twice and did nothing!! We could hear them typing and talking and everything!! The fifth time, finally we got through. After our enquiry, I expressed our disappointment with their service and requested to be transferred to the manager -
Pankaj Prakash Nepal. I repeated the complaint to him. He defensively said that they were having phone issues. I said "fair enough, but surely you mustn't be having phone issues EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CALL and asked him for a solution. He literally HUNG UP!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! NABIL BANK MAHARAJGUNJ
