there is only 1 good doctor.. Dr.Indra... if he is not present they give the worst service. If you visit at night for emergencies, the technician who is present is rude and doesnt care at all. he is not experienced and knows nothing!
Instead of taking care of my dying dog,he grumbles about how low salary he gets therefore explaining HIS reasons not to work at night.

    very disappointed....

I first went here with my mom—well dressed, in our own car. Our dog was treated well and the vet talked to us with nothing but respect. Needless to say, we were pretty impressed.
Months later, my puppy was sick and I rushed him to the same hospital. My mom was busy so I took a taxi and I was dressed in pajamas. I expected the doctor to be just as polite and cooperative as he was last time, but it was just the opposite. I have never been talked to so rudely in my entire life. He was ignorant and did not care about my pup. My puppy died there, and they brought me a bill as I sat in front of my puppy’s body and sobbed. Nope, they could not even wait till I was done crying.
If it isn’t clear, let me tell you, the vet there only wants money in his pocket: if he thinks you have enough cash to spend, he will kiss your bottom and act like your pet matters to him as much as his children. But if you even LOOK less than well-off, he will bring out his true, inhumane self. Do not go here. It’s overpriced, unhygienic and the vet is pathetic.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
I took my 3 month old puppy here because it had multiple femur fracture. So I did some research online and went there with my puppy and told the so called "VET" about what I had learnt online. He said that an operation is a must but I suggested a splint or a cast ( based on what I saw online). On hearing that, he got offended and retorted," Oh well if you know more than me, you better do it yourself or take him somewhere else.' Having no options, I stayed quiet. He then gave him random injections and proceeded to apply a dressing. My puppy couldn't urinate or defecate after that and the dressing just resulted in a severely swollen leg. He was hell bent on operating on him and started quoting prices for everything. He was only concerned about the money. Two days there and he had looted money from us with no benefits whatsoever to the puppy. Things just got worse.
His clinic is very unhygienic and smells. The clinic is completely commercial and does not aim at the welfare of animals. Instead it makes money out of the suffering of animals.
He took bad and obscure x-rays, gave us illogical advice and made mere assumptions about his bones because of which my puppy is suffering a lot. I've made my mistake and I took the time to write this review so that others make better decisions. I may be wrong, he may be a certified VET, he may have cured a few animals but from what I experienced, I will never ever recommend him to anyone.
Took him to Animal Medical Centre in Chabahil and is now doing better.
That said, I leave the final decision to you. Good luck to you and your pet.
