One of the worst bank. It has been one whole week and they have not solved my one simple problem. My process has been stopped because of kyc but I have filled form a week ago. Very lazy and unprofessional workers of dallu branch. Bank should fire such employees
Macchapuchre bank head office lazimpat is wrost bank in the world . I exchange qatari riyal over there and they gave me old currency which money you can't used in qatar . Be aware with such a fraud bank and for those who didn't know any knowledge regarding currency dont go there one of the scammer bank in Kathmandu.
Baluwatar branch is one of the worse branch. International money counter opens at 12 pm and thet need break time on 1 PM and is has been 38 minutes and their break time is not finished yet. Very very very bad experience.. and the rudy employee and poor management is one of the worse thing....overall this bank is worse ...Totally disappointed ☹️ 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Class A Bank, and I must say that their service is on par with Class E banks, if not worse. If Google allowed for a rating lower than 1, I would gladly give them a negative 10.
The management at Class A Bank is nothing short of pathetic. Year after year, I have raised numerous complaints about various issues, and all I ever hear from their so-called customer care is, "We will forward it to the concerned department." It's like talking to a brick wall. They don't care about their customers at all.
Their service is abysmal. I've never encountered a bank that is so out of touch with its customers' needs and concerns. It's as if they go out of their way to make banking as difficult and frustrating as possible.
Furthermore, they seem to have no interest in educating their customers about their services or providing any sort of assistance. It's like they expect us to figure everything out on our own. It's an absolute disgrace.
In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Class A Bank. It's a nightmare for every citizen who values their time and sanity. There are plenty of other banks out there that actually care about their customers and provide a decent level of service. Don't waste your time and energy on Class A Bank; they're not worth it.
Machhapuchhere Bank's staff (Dhalkebar Branch, Dhanusha) has been disheartening and unsatisfactory. staff ignored the customer and there some staff even don't have speaking skills .The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy displayed by their employees is inexcusable. Until they address these issues and demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving their customer service, I cannot recommend Machhapuchhere Bank to others.

Some services are good and cheap. . But I am dissatisfied with the customer service in some cases. ATMs dont work when they need to.. Regular problems with atms. Sometimes the cards aren't accepted sometimes they are....
