  Its one of the largest general store in birtamode, Jhapa, Nepal. Till date, i have found two general stores in birtamode. One is cooperative and another is kinmel. Kinmel is slightly better than satakshi cooperative store in terms of available items, cost and friendliness.⁶

  U can get almost every item u need from food to cosmetics to daily use items except for vegetables but it's okay. I love this place

  5 stars for the floor staff, soft spoken, helpful and literally zero star for the cashier and her attitude.
  One star for the store; being one of the big store in Birtamod you are giving the change of hajmola intead of money and when ask cashier in a bad tone reply “bank ley nai hami lai didaina tapai lai kaha bata dinu”. Ani harek auney lai return hazmola ko bepaar. Please management team solve these small issue though its a big one. Or one day I will come with the packets of hajmola to buy in your shop.
  Please keep the donation box. Better to put even one rupee to the donation box than taking that hajmola for no reason.
  Yo Nepali store ho so for me I also dnt liked them giving return in indian currency
