My friend Anne-Catherine and I were not disappointed by our Three passes trek with Incredible Treks! Our guide Santosh was the best we could ask for - motivating, knowledgeable and super fun. On top of the amazing views during the trek, everything from the transport to/from the airport, the hotel in Kathmandu, and the tea houses on the trek were very well organized. The owner Nabin was super sweet and helpful. We could not have asked for better for a first time in Nepal. If you're hesitating about booking with Incredible Treks - just do it!!
Really great trekking company with honest prices and friendly guides! I definitely would recommend! Ram was our guide and without him we wouldn't have made it to summit Tserko Ri in the Langtang Valley! ππΌπ€
I have just arrived home after an epic trip to Nepal to trek to Everest Base Camp with my 12 year old son. Nabin arranged absolutely everything for us, including; a private day tour of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu; a private sherpa and porter to guide us to Base Camp on an 11 day trek, (who also took care of all of our accommodation and meal requirements); a lovely hotel in the heart of Thamel for us to stay before and after our trek. He even went the extra mile and arranged a helicopter to fly us through the Himalayas to Lukla airport to spare us a very early morning wake up call and a rough 5 hour car journey at the start of our trek. Nabin is a lovely, warm, welcoming man who will bend over backwards to help you in any way you require. I cannot recommend him more strongly.
After looking at UK tours to Everest I was recommended Incredible Treks by my friend who's a pro ski guide - I thought if anyone knows, he would! After checking out their reviews it was quite easy to make the decision and to book with them. Although my flight delayed my arrival by 24hrs and my baggage arrived 2 days later, Nabin and Krishna were super cool and really helpful.
The trek to Everest was mind-blowing, with Santosh my guide and Tika my 'donkey' looking after me all the way, ensuring I drank enough water, didn't walk too quickly so to not waste energy, plus ensuring I wasn't suffering with any headaches or other symptoms of altitude sickness. We had acclimatisation days factored in and each night had a debrief for the next day's trek, highlighting any dangers of falling rocks, avalanches and where we had to move quickly, with these dangers pointed out as we were walking. At no point in my trekking did I feel worried or in any danger - Santosh was absolutely top drawer and Tika was superb, both of them consistently showing great professionalism as well as having super senses of humour. Even though we had snow the night before, it wasn't too much of a disappointment to have missed the Kongma La Pass and to backtrack a day - safety first as always!
The trekking to Annapurna Base Camp was again with Santosh as my guide and Khaluu as my porter. Again everything was professional and well organised, and just as much fun as Everest.
I spent 5 weeks in Nepal and, apart from the flights with Turkish Airlines being the low point, I can not fault Incredible Treks at all. Not only is the team 'Incredible' but they also organise 'Incredible' weather too... the only possible fault is that there was too much cloud at the top of Annapurna I during the sunrise at Base Camp.
Quite simply put these guys have provided memories to last a lifetime. I've been back two weeks and my face hasn't stopped smiling. Thank you team! π
Professional and experienced Owner/Guide who can recommend a tour that is suitable to you and your group. Competitive prices and great value! We had an amazing time trekking with Krishna and canβt wait to do EBC next. 10/10 would recommend Incredible Treks!
