  This is a good place for Gaur. It's one of the safe and good place.
  
  The rooms looks like it has seen good days and so does the washroom.
  
  Its also a popular place for the wedding and when it does happen, the issue is that you might not end sleeping due to loud music and firecrackers...
  
  However if you are in an assignment and need a good place. This is good as it comes with market nearby.

  The hotel is at accessible location and claim to be best place to stay at Gaur by public.
  But the rooms are not as per price.
  The bed sheets, pillow and floor carpet were stained and floor was not cleaned.
  Food was so spicy that I could not handle and my stomach went off.
  Staff were friendly.
  No phone in room.
  No hot water for bathing.

  Distorted place with scattered catering and low quality foods.
  Main problem toilet doesn't carry with jet spray or hand puchh I don't know how people wash their bumps god knows some gymnastic in the washroom .

  The only good thing I can remember is the air condition. This is not a hotel that I would expect at this rate. The cost is high, but service is no more than a local lodge. Carpets are dirty. Old things. No phone. Late service. May be it’s because of the place it self or no other options. Would not recommend if you have another option.

  Two stars. One for its location and other for its power backup.
  You can easily access to government offices from this hotel. Almost all government offices are near Hotel Siya Palace. There is 24hr power backup (at least when i stayed).
  Rooms are not good forget about bathroom. Its like public toilet. I could find alcohol bottles around corner of bathroom. Minimum rate starts at Rs.1000 and the service is below average. But you have no options when you are looking for hotel at Gaur.
  There is hotel Royal Indu. Which claims to be of equal as Hotel Siya Palace but its worse than Siya Palace. They Just charge as equal as Hotel Siya Palace.

  There is no hotel which even comes close to Siya palace for spending a peaceful night.
  It does have some defects and needs some maintainence but this is definitely the best, you can find in Gaur.

  One of the worst hospitality I ever got from hotel. Price is expensive with respect to place and the service staffs have no sense of respect and zero hospitality etiquette.
