  Situated in prime location, with literally no services at all. We called mosquito repellent or net whole night but the receptionist didn't answer our calls. Looks good on the outside. It has good parking space however. The rooms are filthy n upto the quality we expected. Our experience was not good at all.

  Hotel in good location, Ramananda Chowk with good infrastructure. New block have lift facility too, have parking facility for about 10 car/Jeep in it's premises. But lack of cleanliness in general. Smelly bathroom with dirty bed sheets and blankets. Much more room for improvement. Overall average hotel.

  This hotel Sita Palace provide a wide array of guest services and on-site facilities. If you are the the budget-minded traveler seeking a "no frills" accommodation than , this is the best place for you. This hotels has an on-site restaurant which also offer a complimentary food and beverage amenity along with on-site continental breakfast service

  Lift was not working. Other wise good hotel. Very honourable and returned the AC charges when I told that AC is not working on the next day. Rooms are decent.

  The sheets had stains on them along with the pillow case and towel offered. The phone offered also did not work and the AC unit isn't adjustable but it works well. The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet had stains on the seat and bowl and the floor was not cleaned well as well. The sink and mirror were the same and there was no soap that we could use to wash our hands. We had to ask for pillows, towels and soap. The surrounding area is also very noisy, which made it hard to relax. There were also power outages that took away the fans and air conditioning, making it really warm.
  Overall, it is a no from me and my family that stayed here.

  First, they gave me a bad room, where I found room floor was full of dust, toilet was not flushing, and when asked to change the room, told there is no room vacant, next day morning found out TV was faulty what I did not check. Then I told it is too much bcoz you charged full fare of AC room, I expect a clean room but this is the condition. Then they changed the room after long follow-up. Over all, not liked this experience. Food quality is average.

  not worth.pricey. power cuts frequently.stayed there in an ac room ( overpriced) ,before sleep i found this at the bed side.such a dirt room.it didnt had a trash box too.

  Rude front desk clerks and concierge.
  No electricity half of the time. Broken window pane making the AC useless at 40°C temperatures. Only stay here if you want to be miserable.
