The hotel is in an excellent location and has a beautiful, clean ambiance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfasts were great, though lunch and dinner options could use a bit of improvement. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend for its quality and service.

Good hotel with garden/outdoor seating near Chitwan National Park. Very attentive hosts, that make it easy to do lots of activities in the area. Food was also tasty! Poor working aircon was the only limiting factor given it was super hot!

Clean and comfortable resort in a central location. The jungle tour guide was very knowledgeable about flora and fauna. The food was delicious and the waiter was so polite and friendly. The manager/ owner was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou from Australia

I was very disappointed with this resort, and do not recommend. From what I saw while in Sauraha, there are better places to stay.

I was disappointed with the constant power outages which meant we were stuck trying to 'cool off' outside in the shade when it was 39 degrees. The resort had a generator from the early 1900's that would power lights and at times the fana in our rooms. In between excursions, we had 4 hours of downtime which we could not enjoy since it was so hot. Very poorly organized and communication was terrible. It constantly felt like we were being lied to.

The jeep was crowded 4 to a seat with other parties staying at the resort. Some guests were friendly and kind, others were loud and obnoxious making wildlife spotting nearly impossible. The guide was knowledgeable and pointed out wildlife but was quite an introverted person and we had difficulty making a connection.

The servers were kind and quite hardworking. They worked hard to make us feel taken care of. However, we noticed how hard it was to catch a smile from them. I'm not sure they are happy here. The Nepalese food was delicious, but the western food was hard to eat. The instant coffee was exactly that, and you are charged for every single water bottle you drink.

We rented bikes from down the street and really enjoyed our time seeing the surroundings. We recommended to the resort should rent bikes out. I doubt they will listen to any feedback.

Sorry Rainbow. You've got some work to do in my opinion. I left feeling ripped off.

Plan to be there with sufficient time. Canopy/boat ride is awesome. Elephant ride could be uncomfortable. I didn't have energy to appreciate the evening cultural show (it seemed good but I was tired).Green property. Not very well located but they provide vehicles.

Really nice resort. All the staff were amazing. We booked a package with them in Pokhara and everything was sorted out for us from the taxi from our hotel in Pokhara, to all of our daily activities (which included a few rhino sightings) and even making sure we got back to Kathmandu after the roads were closed from landslides. The food included in the package was really good too. You could probably do it cheaper on your own, but the price is definitely worth the great service that you get.

    Great accommodation with exceptional people

    - Nice quiet area in Sauraha.
    - Clean Rooms with a/c,fan and new bathrooms
    - Free pick up from the bus station
    - Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and guides
    - We booked the package with 3 nights, food and 4 days program and bus ticket to Kathmandu for 110$ pp which was great value for money, just the food is a bit basic, when you stay there a bit longer. And the program is actually for 3 days and can be adjusted, how you like. We didn't want to do Elephant Safari, so we did biking instead. The owner arranged for us a/c bus without extra charge, that was very nice.
    - Highly recommended, great value for money and professional staff and guides!
