Good ambient 😍 Is on the way from Biratanagar to Dharan. Is near the highway. Maybe a little bit noisy.

Not a luxury hotel! An average place with lots of noise, gladly I had carried my earplugs. The roadside rooms are a big no unless you are not disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast options are also not satisfactory.

The hotel itself tag as a luxurious hotel, however rooms are not satisfactory cleaning. I was staying the hotel and they shifted me another room. When I came back from outing and found lots hair under the pillow. I really disappointed with the dirty room. Restaurant service are not professional as well.

This hotel is good. It is clean, well maintained, and reasonaby priced. There is off street parking available and the staff are polite, co-operative and helpful.

Location is good. Front office staff was helpful. Price seems to be high for what we get. Door lock was broken. Worst dinner. Rice was cold and the staffs were not responsible to even listen to our complaints. Not a value for money place to be. 3 star for location and bathroom.

The hotel has gone down hill option of chicken food are reserved for their 'training soldier's like nothing is available for thier customers not even a milk tea and the cleaning service you request right you have to wait until you die they wont even come and oh the insects there every where in the room I do not recommend this hotel not at ALL
