  Beautiful place to stay in all over Sauraha. Number one (No.1) location in Sauraha.comfortable room, staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable, Grounds were very pretty with a great view of the Rapti River and the sunset from the lookout is very good. The room is very comfortable and hygienic food and very kind staff. .... Enjoyed Alottt......

  Hotel hermitage is 20min walking distnce from the bus park, and 5min walking distance from elephant statue, Hotel have very good view of the park and River, they have swming pool, Rooms are normal to deluxe, Same as other hotel in the town Hotel hermitage team operate all kinds of park activities, pick up dropp off services from airport/bus park

  A descent place to stay in sauraha with the swimming pool and all the facilities. The best part of hermitage is its large are and the floating kinda house i.e house seems to be made in the swimming place. The service is descent but it is located in prime location so that if you want to visit the sauraha River bank its just few minutes away. Its a best place for weekends gateway and feels close to the nature. The view of the rapti river is also great.

  Hotel is clean and nice. Food was ok. 3D2N safari package is quite a good deal at US$150 with private car from Kathmandu to Chitwan.

  Dirty rooms and lousy food. "All inclusive" is a course in this hotels case. Location is very good and they have a pool but nothing is well maintained here. Typical Nepalese standard but kinda sad when you come with European expectations

  View of the Rapati river and the national park from the backside of the hotel is great. Satisfied with the service of the friendly staffs but only that is not sufficient.
  
  This hotel needs a complete renovation. May be because of the flood few months back, things were not properly fixed yet.
  
  The big complain is that the AC is not working properly and we were sweating even in the mid night. We switched the rooms two times but ACs in all the rooms are same. Faulty electric system made the mobile charging difficult. Rooms were smelling the fungus and even the bath rooms were smelling bad.
  
  My kind request to the hotel management, please do not take the bookings if you are completely not ready yet for the service after the damage. This way you will ruin the holiday of the guests and your reputation too.
  Hope I can give you the 5 stars next time.

  Decent place, nice surroundings, people are nice as well, food is not the best but okay. Located near the river, nice sunset view. Is also close to the national park.

  Nice quite place - would love to have good wifi on the Riverside terrace - could be the perfect resort for working and watching the elefants bathing in the river
