Ahh! What a fantastic two weeks it has been. I was looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track and not only did I find it but I found somewhere to learn and be part of a family. I got to experience traditional Nepali food which can no longer be easily found, life on a permaculture farm and even got to go to a local wedding! Govinda and Mithu's family are wonderful and so is the work they do. will come back as soon as I can!

Welcoming & warm family homestay. Hasera is doing wonderful work to promote natural & sustainable farming techniques. We could join in with some farm work if we felt like it but it wasn't expected of us. I tried milking the cow!
Really enjoyed interactions with the family and staff. Everyone was happy and this made a lovely atmosphere.
Food was in abundance, both growing on the farm and on the visitors plates! It was great to get home cooked Organic Nepali food.
It was a shame that the road was sometimes noisy. Apparently due to road works on another road, traffic had been temporarily diverted passed the farm but this shouldn't be for much longer.
I'm sure I will visit again next time I'm in Nepal. Thank you team Hasera!

Hi, me and my family run the farm. The farm is fully organic and Permaculture based. We have had travellers staying with us to experience immersive Nepali family life, peaceful stay outside the city and learning agriculture. We've already hosted and taught people from more than eighty countries so far! The farm sits at 1500m altitude and faces the Himalayas in the north, overlooking Panchkhal valley.

Please checkout our website for more information, and we hope to see you soon at the farm!

This is a wonderful place to see thought out, personalised ecosystemic design and to understand there is the ability to grow food anywhere! The family who run this farm are kind and passionate people with much to share and to show. Highly recommended place to visit, go with an empty stomach as you will never be hungry!

There is a wide range of mountains visible. The farm itself is very beautiful and practical at the same time. The food served is organic, and very delicious.
