This hospital have good treatment for any cases of patients... And there is good and well knowledged doctors and good climate .... But there is not that fast service... And the management of this hospital is not that good ... And staff are so lazy and don't do their work properly.. but treatment and checkup is good in this hospital ... That's the good choice for normal treatment but if you have big health problems you can choose another hospital

Disappointed by the service provided by the fishtail hospital. Treating patients with hcv positive differently who paid double amount of money for the surgery specially by the nurses. I understand that they need to take precautions and they should but making patient feel uncomfortable by the behaviour you show that is not acceptable. And treating them like they are different which makes patient feel low.Nobody wish have the disease. Its not choice.so , please put yourself in others shoes and think before you show the rudeness towards the patients . It was one of my goto hospital but not anymore.

Very bad experience with the hospital as we stayed in the hospital cabin and complained about the noise that occurred due to construction, and surprisingly, nobody was concerned for the mental health of the patient. We suffered headaches due to continuous noise produced by the drill just right above our cabin.

Not even a single person came for apology, and neither the management was taking this as a concern for patient well-being.

A hospital is a place where people come to feel better, but here we feel tortured with the noise.

Even after notifying the situations, we have to take follow-ups by ourselves for the same.

We have been visiting this hospital for quite a number of times. We are happy with their services. Even though it is 9km away from our location, because of their services we love to visit this hospital whenever required.

Continue providing the best services to everyone.

Was okay, the lady in the emergency counter was nice and informative but still they lack proper service and facility so couldn't rely 100% on them, we were sent to other hospital because they didn't have certain things that was required for our case, better to check before going there for your cases.

My wife always reached to get checked up my boy (3 yrs now) to Dr. bhairatna shakya there. I used to heard a lot about him. Every one used to say that he gives high dose med. to all to recover soon and we also feel same which is very bad practice, result kids can not get easily recover other place. Apart from this he is very bad in counselling . my baby was suffering from fever , vomit and headache last week and lasting for entire week. we went 3 time with him , whatever we asked him he only heard and never replied , simple checked and wrote the medicine. we were very worried of our boy, she asked to dr. what could be the reason behind not be cured the headache and fever. he replied to admit the kid in hospital ( his word-"varna garideu kaile yo bed ma kaile tyo bed ma basxa and thik hunx".)without saying anythig. what the hell is he saying. how can he answer like that. what kind of dr. is he? my wife get furious and through his prescribed med. to him., we came back . my kid feeling better now and getting recovered after went to GMC. Mr. shakya mind your such attitude & do your job well if u say u r a good dr. we are in regular observation. dnt let your the day come bad. thaks

Nepal is rich in natural resources, though due to lack of proper utilization of such resources large percentage of people here are suffering from various problems. In the beginning of 21st century we are suffering from insufficiency, diseases, unemployment, illiteracy and many NGO’s and INGO’s are working to resolve these issues. Nepal government alone cannot reach the margin of social changes as well as development to achieve the mainstream path. We felt the need to work hand in hand with social organizations, nepal government, NGO’s and INGO’s ; so a group of social worker and doctors formed a 25 bed hospital in 2055 B.S.(1999 AD) and was inaugarted in Falgun 2055 by speaker Ram Chandra Poudel. They extended their services to 50 bed in 2061 B.S (2004 A.D.) and are dedicated to make private health services accessible to all people in western region. It centrally located private hospital owing own building with the facility of elevator covering the area more than 60,000 sq ft in Pokhara valley.

Relatively faster service, but sometimes too crowded.

    Updated review (Aug 2, 2017)
    1) Waited almost an hour just to see the Ortho. Doctor rush from govt hospital to multiple clinics and hence the priority.
    2) Main lights went off. No automatic backup or emergency lights placed periodically, total darkness. Lights were manually turned on after almost 10-15 minutes. How come they passed the minimum light requirement for the hospital?
    3) The front desk ladies don't give you bill after getting OPD record card. You must explicitly ask, and may also need to answer questions before getting the bill printed. Isn't it the right of customer yo get the bill/invoice after payment?
    4) They have still been able to maintain cleanliness, the good point.

They're really good and doctors don't hesitate to offer alternative options even if they are loosing the business side. That means they put people first then money.
