  For Add Category:
  
  Documents to bring:
  1) Print the appointment confirmation.
  2) Photocopy and original of your citizenship
  3) Photocopy and original of your driving certificate (they don't usually ask for this, but better bring just in case)
  
  Where to park near the office:
  1) There are few paid parking spots before the office, they charge Rs 10-15
  2) You can park on the side of the gully that leads to the office
  3) Opposite the gate of this office, there is ओरालो where you can park.
  
  What to do:
  1) Enter the office gate and on the right there is a shop that sells stamps. Buy a 10rs stamp and stick in on your appointment confirmation. You may buy the stamp from any other stationery too.
  
  2) After that, go and line up on the leftmost line for room number 1. For 'Add Category', you don't need a token number. The officer will check and write the required details on your letter.
  
  3) After that, go to room number 3 where medical is done. There are two lines. First line up on the right one, this is where you will pay 50rs for a coupon for eye test. You don't need a blood group test for Add category. Take the coupon and line up on the left line. The eye test is quick, involves seeing some letters, colour blindness test and finally a doctor who marks pass on the coupon and gives it to you.
  
  5) After that, go and line up on counter number 7. You will have to pay fee according to the category you want to add. For B, it is Rs 500. The officer will take your confirmation letter, coupon from earlier and give you a receipt.
  
  6) Take the receipt and line up on counter at room 1. Once again, you don't need a token for this line. Here the officer will check the receipt and print out a confirm page for you.
  
  7) Check the notice board of the office and note the date for your trial before you leave. It is usually two days after the day of your visit. The trial happens behind Om hospital at the designated driving center.

  They transferred to a new location recently and its a bit problem to search for this place. Mostly crowdy and you may have to wait in a line.

  For New licence..
  Go to counter no 1 and get a ticket of rs 10.
  It will be more effective if you go before 10AM. If you have some quarries go and meet Sanjiv sir or Rohit Pokhrel. Thanks 🙏

  For Re-New:
  1) Go to counter 1-get the application form and stamp of Rs 10 from outside pasal.
  2) Go to counter 2-get the fingerprint and photo verification,
  3) Go to counter 3-eye checkup with Rs 55 bill.
  4) Go to counter 5(i)- verify the license no. and go to next window 5(ii) for payment (Rs1500 for bike , Rs 2000 for bike and car).
  ---Done---
  (Revisit after 7-8months for Renewed License)
  
  For Renewed license card:
  Go to 1st window from entrance gate and submit the receipt aling with old license.
  
  (Takes about 90min for whole Renew process)
