INTRODUCING TRIZAS PROGRAMMES
Trizas Institute for Innovative Education is an innovative enterprise institution licensed by the Federal Ministry of Education to run Certificate and National Innovative Diploma (NID) programmes in Early Childhood Care and Management. Innovative Enterprise Institutions (IEIs) and Vocational Enterprise Institutions (VEIs) are institutions recently approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria to provide veritable alternative route to higher education. They are a product of the recent reform initiatives of the Federal Ministry of Education. They are private institutions that will offer vocational, technical or professional education and training at post-basic and tertiary levels to secondary school leavers and working adults with skills and knowledge to meet increasing demands for technical manpower by various sectors of the nation’s economy. The major aim is to widen access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and serve the needs of the industry and self-employment of Nigerians.
TARGET GROUPS
IEIs and VEIs are expected to be a credible alternative form of education that will cater for the interest of
-school leavers who wish to acquire demonstrable practical skills to secure employment or generate employment.
-persons seeking for career paths that do not need university degrees.1
-persons without time for full time study but want to enhance their skills.
- persons wishing to go into self employment.
-university graduates seeking employable skills and
-adults seeking opportunities to re-skill themselves.
PROGRAMMES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Vocational and Innovation Enterprise Institutions are vocational institutions envisaged to offer part and full-time education leading to the award of certificates and national diplomas. VEIs will admit candidates with a minimum of basic education certificate and cover multidisciplinary areas that will prepare
learners for jobs in most industries, while the IEIs are to admit students with a minimum of 5 credits at senior secondary certificate (NECO, WAEC , etc.)
It is conceived that the VEIs will run three year modular programmes, where each year of study could be terminal and shall have a cogent and flexible structure and content that would equip the trainee with a practicable working skill and the possibility to exit at that level. The qualifications obtainable at this level will be called The National Vocational Certificate (NVC) Part 1, Part 2 and Final. The IEIs, on the other hand, will run diploma programmes full time (2 years) or part-time (3-4 years). The curricula will be in modules of employable skills. The qualifications given by the IEIs will be termed The National Innovative Diploma (NID).


PROGRAMMES RUN IN TRIZAS INSTITUTE FOR INNOVATIVE EDUCATION
We are happy to present to you our NID programme on EARLY CHILDCARE EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT. This programme is for those that are involved in training children especially in the crèche, nursery, primaries one to three and special schools such as schools for children with special needs. A cursory examination shows that it is innovative, effective and necessary in other to meet the nation’s vision to provide world class professional training that is suitable for the needs of the society and for the overall development of Nigeria and in effect meet the United Nations Millennium Development Goals(MDGs) of Education For All.
We run the following programmes:
1. NID IN EARLY CHILDCARE EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT. We have full time and part-time, programmes. Individuals are free to make their choice so that the programme will not affect their business, social and family life. Sale of forms has commenced.
Admission requirements are 5 credits at SSCE (WASC and NECO) or Equivalent (TC Grade 11) in relevant subjects which must include Mathematics and English Language obtained in not more than two sittings. Full time students will in addition have a minimum score of 150 in the UTME.
2. MONTESSORI PRACTICAL TRAINING .Following public demand we have launched training on the Montessori method of education.
3. CERTIFICATE COURSES
Early Childcare Education and Management.
Special Education.
ICT (Computer packages.)
School Development and Management Studies
Entrepreneurialship Studies

4. CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMES.We organize customized trainings to address specific needs of each school. The trainings can take place in the premises of your school. This is what we do to ensure that candidates do not stress themselves.

Sale of forms has commenced. Forms sell for N1000. (ONE THOUSAND NAIRA). All payments are made to the bank.
