Description
The department of political science was established in 2005 as a foundation department offering a B.Sc degree in political science. The department has an appreciable number of academic staff engaged in teaching a wide variety of theoretical and methodological courses in political science. The department admitted its first set in the year 2005. One of the Objectives of the department is to build an educational faoundation that will give students knowledge, skills and self confidence necessary to succed in whatever career they choose, and to contribute to the development of the Nigeria society and the world at large through leadership and service.
