PROFILE OVERVIEW.
The company came into existence with its scope of business leading to the formal incorporation of a name, ECOLAND RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990, to carry on all businesses relating to the Environmental Consultancy, Research and Project Development and all other such businesses entrenched in its memorandum and articles of association.
It is a wholly owned indigenous company with corporate head quarters in Port Harcourt Nigeria. Our business objective is to provide quality and professional services to a broad range of clients including government agencies, manufacturing, oil and gas companies, individuals and so on in the areas of environment, research-development and project management. As part of our co-operate social responsibility, we comply with all statutory / regulatory requirements relevant to our business lines
MISSION STATEMENT
ECOLAND RESOURCES LIMITED will through its business conduct, contribute to the realization of our client’s corporate objective and that of the wider society, adopting globally acceptable best practices. It aims to improve the quality of life through the promotion of Aesthetic value, Environmental sustainability and Healthy Risk Reduction of workforce and communities we serve. We equally aim at improving the social and economic standard of a giving area through Urban/Rural Development Planning.

POLICY STATEMENT
This organization is committed to the provision of wastes management (solid, liquid and gas); Environmental consulting; Research Development and Project Management (involving Environmental Consultancy, Feasibility Studies, Project Planning and Evaluation Cost, Phytoremediation and Ecological Studies) in addition to meeting customer’s need and expectations will satisfy all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
This central objective will be achieved through the development and implementation of a quality management system based on the International Standard. S.1.8 and S.1.9, ISO 14000 Series and dedicated to continual improvement.
The fundamental requirement of this system calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees in accordance with formalized processes and documented procedures. The management will review the quality system at planned intervals and provide the resources necessary to ensure its continuing suitability.

Off-shore / On-shore Environmental waste disposal and management services (Solid / effluent Waste, Oilfield Waste etc) for oil & gas, manufacturing, petrol-allied industries, Federal and State Governments.
Environmental remediation (oil spill clean up in Soil, Air and Water) by PHYTOREMEDIATION APPLICATION for oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, petrol-allied industries, Federal, State and Local Governments agencies.
Consultancy services such as: Environmental Impact Assessment, (EIA), Environmental Evaluation Report (EER), and Environmental Audit Report (EAR) for propose projects for oil & gas, petrol-allied industries, Federal, State and Local Government and agencies.
Herbarium development and management.
Aesthetic Design and Maintenance of Parks and Gardens.
Landscaping and Horticultural Development
Environmental research and development, documentation and analysis of development projects.
Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy setting and implementation.
Design and implementation / evaluation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
Project feasibility studies / analysis, Sustainable development corporate reporting- among others.

Our core competencies are in the quality of our technical personnel and the distinctive expertise they possess. ECOLAND engage environmental protection (management) experts in the area of oil spillage remediation, pollution control waste management, environmental studies and analysis, Also in our technical team is a development expert in the area of project planning design and evaluation.
In our Team is a Research Scientist on Phytoremediation, Pollution Plant Ecology / Taxonomist (Eco-Taxonomy) and Biotechnologists.
Our operations personnel also include; Hydrobiologist, Industrial Chemists / Soil scientist, Agro-allied Socio-economist, Air quality Scientist and Health Analyst.
Our management comprises health, safety and environmental professionals, and project feasibility analyst.

COLLABORATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
In keeping with the provisions of the Memorandum of Association, ECOLAND shall collaborate and link up with any other similar establishment for the purpose of execution, discharge and realization of identified contracts or projects. Expertise, Technology, skill and experience shall inform our choice of such partner (s). Our Quality Assurance policy is built on the satisfaction of clients through the provision of distinctive quality services to them.
In line with the Quality Assurance Policy ECOLAND has gone into collaboration with POLLUTION CONTROL and ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (POCEMA) LIMITED. POCEMA is the African Representative of National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP) of USA; and JACH PETROANALYTICAL LABORATORIES LIMITED. Also on accreditation by Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), the Rivers State Ministry of Environment, Bayelsa State Ministry of Environment, National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA) and Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEN). they are in full support of ECOLAND for all their environmental consultancy services ranging from field to laboratory sample analysis and report documentation among others.
