  We are busy compiling our clients list with correct details which include; physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and the total deposit paid.

  We are compiling this list and hand it over to the conveyance attorneys to start the process.

  As we are finalizing the township design and planning for Westerville, as a smart township, we look at many different ideas from around the world, that can help make Westerville an awesome place to live, shop, work and play in Windhoek.   Our July Update,

  Conveyancing and the registration of plots for Phase One at Westerville will start in the coming month, the time it takes for the registration will depend on the conveyance lawyers and the registration process. You will be informed directly the Conveyance Lawyers.

  Each plot is 800m2, so please plan your house plan design accordingly, or wait to select from our different house plans.

  At Westerville, we have several different house plans to choose from for your house and we can build it for you as per your selected specifications.

  Westerville Phase 1 is sold out,

  Phase one consists of 430 ervens, all pre-sold out, except 7 remains. Each plot is 800m2 and each plot costs N$600,000 with a minimum of N$45,000 is required at signing the deed of sale.

  The Master plan for Phase One will become available starting August.

  Update for June 2018,

  Town planing and design by our architect and urban planning team, as requested by the City of Windhoek for the engineering purposes, is advancing well and on schedule for completion. Ervens demarcation and plots numbering are scheduled for issuance to owners starting in August 2018.

  We are developing Westerville as a smart township offering upscale lifestyle for those who demand the best in living and playing.

  Challenges in life, either personal or work related, are beautiful, they are beautiful because they test our strengths and resilience.

  Challenges sieve through our courage and passion to determine our weakness and strengths. And if you give up because of the challenges, then you'd never live the life you've always wanted.

  That's why there are so many people who are living in poverty simply because they quit, and only a few succeed to live a fulfilled life, simply because they... did not quit.

  Therefore, no matter how big the challenges may seem to be, no matter how you feel that you don't see a way out, no matter how difficult the situation might be, never give up, because there is always a way.
